③Please collect your reserved tickets at the event venue reception on the day of the event.
At the event reception, please tell the staff the name of the person who made the reservation, and they will hand you the ticket after you have paid for the advance ticket.
④Ticket cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours before the event date. No cancellation fees will be charged.
